

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy allows you to free yourself from negative emotions and helps you improve your ability to make decisions. The end result, many times, is that you feel better about yourself.

Couples Therapy
Contrary to what happens in other forms of psychotherapy, it is not necessary to have received a diagnosis of mental disorder to resort to it, because the nucleus in which couples therapy acts is not the individual, but the relationship.

Family Therapy
The objective is to strengthen and provide the family with resources so that they can act collaboratively, as a result of which they can resolve disputes and conflicts that they may have among themselves or problems that belong to a single individual.
